Born in South Korea, Hanbyul moved to California when entering grade school. Thus earning most his education the U.S. before moving back to Seoul to finish out his Senior year of Senior High and apply for college, his mind not yet set on a subject to major in. At a young age his parents new of his ability to mimic any body movement that Hanbyul saw, it was only in the start of 10th grade was when he actually started to first notice the signs as his friends around him dragging him into ideas of supernatural beings and such. When he acually found out, his parents finally finding the oppurtunity to tell him the truth, he started to get into fights to see if it was true, and mostly just to rebel against his parents for telling him then instead of when he was younger. These actions saddend his parents, he put them fear that Some scientist might find out about Hanbyul and take him away, so that sent him back to South Korea to live with Great Grandmother, who has the same ability as a lizard has when its tail is cut off and it grows back. Now he attends school, his great grandmother keeping him in check, while he tries to maintain a steady job at a small surf shop to earn his own money instead of using the money his parents send him.
